Jól í sveitinni

Yndislegt að vera úti í náttúrunni og hlaða á batteríin eftir jólatörnina.
Gott veður og stillt. Slöppum af og lesum, spilum og borðum.

Smá pistill sem ég fékk frá Guru Singh sem er yoga kennari í Los Angeles.

We live as part of the one 'tree of life'.
All life throughout the Universe is of this same one tree.
The extinction of any single specie equals the extinction of that specie's
sequence of informational lessons from all life.
For this reason, preservation of all living beings is absolutely vital to all living beings.

We cannot afford to have sections missing from our collective database -
like playing cards with some of the deck missing.
Mastery of our incarnation depends on the lessons contained within
the matrix . . . the entire collection of kingdoms.
This information lives within each gene-pool; it affects every other life on the planet.

Take this metaphor even further: we are the leaves on this one tree of life;
every species contributing to the collective evolution-system.
It is definitely not an evergreen tree — it is deciduous,
the leaves drop at the end of our seasons of life.
Every season represents a single lifetime; be it the life of a fox, life of a horse,
life of a human; life of any creature, plant or mineral in the three kingdoms.
Depending on the level of consciousness in the evolution-system,
each of these lives has a series of lessons to master or repeat.

You are born, you live and you die, but the life does not die.
Just as the leaves drop — the tree does not die.
As summer turns into fall; each leaf expels its life-force —
turns yellow, red, and brown and drops.
The life force is actually being drawn out of the leaf and back into the branch . . .
here the life force sits and waits for the next incarnation.
For us, we run and gather up the leaves.
We say blessings over the leaves and either bury or burn them,
but the life that was in that leaf is still alive, it is back in the tree.

This is the same as when the life 'leaves' the human body (note the coded word).
The life-force has been drawn back into the tree of all-life.
But, as a leaf living with the sensory system of a leaf we can only see ourselves as a leaf;
we do not have the ability to see our common tree-ness
unless we expand the system — the consciousness.
This is what our lives are about - expanding the consciousness —
because for thousands of years —
for hundreds of thousands of years —
for millions of years
it has all been about the survival of the leaf . . . of the individual life.
We have rarely ventured into the extra perceptions to see the total tree-of-life.

To us — life is a leaf — we call it a be-leaf system.
Obviously we must now start growing into a be-tree system in order to move
beyond our limited awareness of death — of life beyond life.
Our consciousness follows our belief system.
If we believe we are the tree; then when we drop the body, we move back into the tree
and reincarnate quickly onto the next lessons and the next.
When we believe we die with the body; our consciousness drops with the body
and must take the long way around down through the soil and in through the roots.
Those who have been going the long route for many lives have slowed down their growth. Those who have the more accurate belief have sped up the lessons
and are far more advanced in their outlook.
This world is a one room schoolhouse . . . many grades are combined on our planet.
Far more are of the lower grade levels living with those of the higher grades.
One is not more important than the other . . . simply more advanced.
It is important for the more advanced to be kind,
compassionate and conscious towards those less evolved.

Remember: this will be very difficult - the lower grades are more violent,
greedy, insecure and aggressive.
This makes them very unsavory and challenging to love —
get over it — love them anyway — love them right now.
Each of us falls into a particular category and each of us applies our
consciousness to what we believe is our purpose.
Whether or not we are on purpose will depend on our associations
in this spectrum of of the tree — the infinite inside — the infinite outside.

For this reason, spiritual discipline is absolutely essential for progressing forward . . .
Merry Christmas to all of you and Blessings for your coming year.
Grow your consciousness beyond your be-Leafs . . . become the tree.
